We obtain personal information about constituents and people who contact our office via forms on our website, email, phone or in person as well as through the electoral roll, which is provided by the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC) to all political representatives.
We collect personal information primarily for the purpose of representing constituents. This includes keeping records of interactions that people have with the office and communicating with constituents about issues that are relevant to, or of interest to them.
Statistical Data
When someone browses our website, our system makes a record of that visit for the purposes of understanding how our website is performing and understanding what information is most relevant to website visitors.
This information includes pages visited as well as technical information such as the type of browser, server address and how they arrived at our website. We do not identify users or their browsing activities.
